I have a very stressful job so I look forward to the time I get to spend here. When I leave I always have the best night sleep. I also like that she spends time explaining different parts of the body and how the acupuncture helps. I have a needle phobia so the fact that it doesn't hurt and I don't know for the most part that they are there, is a testament to how good Dr. Ruel is. Thank you for all your help.

Wonderful first visit! I'm thrilled to explore this amazing treatment...I'm currently a chronic neck & back pain i.e. sciatic issues, muscle spasms, muscle tension...I've had 2 low back surgeries & wanted a healthy alternative to epidurals & narcotics. I first went to Jacksonville Acupuncture Wellness while I was pregnant to release some back tension and get my baby headed in the right direction for birthing. I read somewhere if you have acupuncture done in your last few weeks of pregnancy it has been known to shorten labor and let the mama birth naturally more easily. I LOVED the treatment I received!
