I was given a Groupon for a massage. I called to schedule it and they didn't have any openings before my groupon expired but were willing to honor the full amount and scheduled a session for me. My session has been cancelled twice by the massage therapist. I was told that someone would call to reschedule me the following Tuesday. Nobody called on Tuesday or later that week. I have left two messages this week and had no response to reschedule.
Love the doctor and staff at VAW! They are professional and very caring. Dr Jenna always goes above and beyond in researching what is best for your pet. They are the BEST!
I just had the best massage at this place! I will definitely be back for another massage and I might even try acupuncture.

I've been struggling with chronic back pain and pelvic pain for several years now. I've tried many things that have promised to take my pain away (micro point stimulation, steroid shots, muscle relaxants) but acupuncture at Jacksonville Acupuncture Wellness is the only thing that has actually delivered in full. I can go into an appointment with a lot of pain and come out feeling like new, no exaggeration. I tell Dr. Ruel all the time that she does magic.
