Had a positive experience yesterday at Jacksonville Family Dentistry. Had a six month cleaning. Everything was explained thoroughly. Will be back in another six months.
I came here for a cleaning and I'll definitely be staying with this dentist! Everyone was so incredibly nice and helpful, and the cleaning was a breeze, no pain! I couldn't have asked for anything more.
I have been coming to this office for many years.I recognize the addition of a new Dentist and new Hygenist on this visit. Professional and Caring was very evident and I feel as if I am visiting a family member. I recommend this office and their services very highly.
My experience here has always been great, and the changeover the last few months appears to be seamless. Have been coming here for years and wil continue.

I am beyond happy that Gale is still working with this practice. Please keep her!!!!! I love the new dentist, Dr. Nixon and my Hygienist (Mandy). Both very personable and Mandy was extremely gentle & helpful when taking care of me. I'll continue going to this dentist because of the great experience I had. They are o.k. in my book. I will miss Dr. Gaff and Michelle though. Please hug them for me!!!!
