This guy is truly something special. I went in here with my defenses up because I’ve been scammed by urgent care vets in the past. This amazing doctor came out to the lobby, sat with me and talked for probably over 30 minutes discussing what my cat needed and what would be the best course of action to fit my budget. I have taken my dog to Dr. Jackson twice now for "urgent care" visits. Dr. Jackson and his team are excellent - taking ample time to explain everything, listening to details and making sure all questions are answered. The staff is friendly and efficient, and the transparency in pricing and choice is awesome. Highly recommend this practice!
