I purchased a 2019 Dodge Challenger SXT on 8/15/19. I’ve attached a text from salesman that “No money down and No TTL” and a verbal at the dealership which the individual that came with can attest to and up until yesterday I was told the opposite. I was misled and I’m rightfully upset that I have to pay over $1,200 for. If no solution can be agreed upon I will be contacting corporate for assistance. I will never purchase from Jackson’s of Enid, ever again.
Just traded in our 2016 Dodge Dart (20k miles on it if anyone is interested) for a 2019 Dodge Journey with the help of Ival Coleman. He was very friendly and worked his butt off on getting us what we wanted. If you are in the market for a new vehicle, stop by and ask for Ival. He will take care of you. We will definitely be back.

Jackson's of Enid is the only way to go, from the service dept to the salesman all of their employees are top notch. I have to give a round of applause out to Ival, I still say that he read my mind when I walked thru the door. He knew exactly what I was looking for even though I wasnt really even looking! We spent most of our day there and it literally felt like we were only there for an hour or two. The atmosphere there is unlike any other dealership!! ☆☆☆☆☆
