I have been using Jackson's Pharmacy for many years and they will always be the best. They only decent one on the coast with the highest rating in customer service.
It's pretty sad when I called this pharmacy on Christmas Eve to see if they had my medication because everyone else is out, and they say yes but we can't fill it bc you're a new customer. Well what is a person suppose to do on a holiday? Just go without I guess. Maybe I would have liked to become a regular customer. This is BS!!
We strive for customer service and have been rewarded for it over and over again. When you see customers outside of there, they usually greet you as welcoming as you've greeted them. Thank you loyal customers for giving us the opportunity to serve you.
