Very professional body shop team. I went to get an estimate from them and wanted advice on if my car needed repair or if it was just more of a cosmetic issue. Jared helped me out and gave me an honest opinion about whether the car needed any repairs for function/safety purpose or if it wasn't really necessary. There was no attempts of upselling. Sam Jackson’s auto repair is top notch. They repaired my 2024 F150 and a 2012 Toyota Highlander and you could not even tell where they worked on it except for the perfection finish! The Staff is so friendly and helpful and kind! If I ever need other repairs, I will always go to Sam Jackson’s! Truly professionalism.
Driver door replacement on my 2022 Corolla, cosmetically looked ok but replacement introduced a whistling noise around the quarter glass that was not there before. I reported it, but I just got excuses. I ended up just using some painters tape on the quarter glass to block the noise. Be cautious if you expect good follow-up after the repair.
