They left my car sit in their parking lot for at least a week before they did anything to it. What should of been a 6 to 7 day job took them over a month to get done. With little to no communication.
Wow! Perfect work from my first call to home delivery of my vehicle when the job was done! Jason the service and parts guy, did a great job of communicating and delivering as promised.
Had a run in with a deer and needed a quality repair. Sam Jackson’s instantly came to mind as they had done a flawless repair on a previous vehicle years ago. Once again, they did not disappoint. I have a 2018 Ford Expedition and had front end damage.
