Shoulda believed the warning – I read the reviews and couldn't believe it would be that bad. The service there couldn't get worse. 15 minutes to get a drink and the waitress just never would take our dinner order. I watched a family get up and leave because the wait staff wouldn't even talk to them for 15 minutes. Jackson's spent too much money on the real estate and not enough on the cooks and staff. And yes the manager was trying to smooth over some issues at our table before the night was over... No wonder it was empty. D... read more
Terrible Service – This place has the worst service in Tampa. They are rude and slow. The view is great, but not worth it.
