I do not recommend this place. They lack professionalism and do not respect your time. Few days ago, I walked in and noticed the front desk lady was calling so I waved and sat down. After she finished calling, neither her or the other employees at the front desk acknowledged me at all. I assumed they were busy, after 10 minutes I walked up and asked if I could get help. This is my first time visiting the clinic. I found the receptionist very helpful and kind when I walked in. They are a very busy place and I can see why based on the level of service. I was fine to wait. They did check in on me, which I definitely appreciate it. The doctor was fantastic as were his staff. I’ll be coming back here for my eye care from now on. I found a cute set of new frames as well. Definitely affordable and reasonable.
Overall the customer service was good but it has declined recently.
i hate this business when i came in all the workers gave me bad looks and i asked one for help and they told me to go back home
I have seen many optometrists in my life, but I have never met any as kind and thorough as the ones here. They genuinely care about your eye health—not just about selling glasses. They take the time to explain everything, even how to properly clean your eyes. I’m so grateful to be back to get outstanding treatment.I highly recomand. Thanks
