I went to this urgent care a few weeks back to deal with a serious sinus injection and I received great care. Dr. Kraeva and the medical assistant were attentive and answered all my questions. The wait wasn't the worst but I was waiting for over 40 minutes alongside a few others.
My God, if only I could give a 0, this was the worst experience I've ever had in an urgent care room. The receptionist or nurse, Farrar, was incredibly rude. When I arrived, she said, "What do you want?" I replied that I was there for the urgent care room, and she sarcastically and loudly pointed to the urgent care room sign, saying, "We already know this is an urgent care room, what do you want?" Went early at 10am, Limited wait time , there was only patient ahead of me. Physician Ambert Luis MD emergency medicine, was thorough, explained well, examined me properly ears nose throat, heart and lungs (more than my PCP does anymore for an annual) for my flu like symptoms. Clean. I wore a mask and he did also along with the medical assistant. I would return. No complaints. Thank you

I came to this urgent care for an infection, expecting to be seen quickly—as the name urgent implies. Instead, the front desk told me I’d have to wait two hours or come back later because the doctor “needs to have lunch.” I completely understand that doctors are human and need breaks, but prioritizing lunch over seeing patients who came in for urgent medical issues is unacceptable.
