The doctor visit itself was good. The staff were friendly. My reason for the lower rating is because (1) I got there right at opening and the doctor didn’t arrive until 7:30 while I was very sick and (2) I was transferred to the “billing dept” after calling to request a receipt, and was forwarded to a gift card scam. I first thought it was legit since I was transferred and they were asking routine dr office questions, but then they ask for your banking info to which I hung up. Classic phishing scam. Today, I went to Jackson Urgent Care at Country Walk for an X-ray following an injury that occurred the night before. I made a pre-arrival appointment for 9:30 a.m., and from the moment I walked in, the experience was exceptional. Chelsea at the front desk greeted me with a smile and was both friendly and professional. As a new patient, I was fully registered within just a couple of minutes.
