Jackson Terrace Apartments is Wonderful This person is CRAZY. I have lived at Jackson Terrace for 15 years and I have had nothing but phenomenal service and experiences. Maybe this is just a spiteful unhappy person. Not only is the rent reasonable for the area, they give a great product that they are constantly improving. The landlords have always been attentive to my needs and maintenance issues. I have always been able to get in touch with them.

Feels Like Home We have just moved into Jackson Terrace 1 year ago. Not only is the cost reasonable, but the apartments were just renovated so we have a new kitchen, bathroom and carpet. Whenever we had a problem needing maintenance they are right there to fix. We would recommend this place to everyone. Plus, you can't beat the location!

The building is divided up into different sections with a separate entrance for each, so you don't have far to walk to get outside and there aren't people constantly walking around ou... read more

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! Bugs. Smoke. Drafts. Noise. You name it, they've got it. Plowing and salting in the winter? Forget about it. Maintenance? Only when they feel like it. Loud neighbors? Constantly, and the landlord allows it. They paint it up real pretty (painting over wallpaper, might I add) and put in the cheapest fixtures possible to make the units presentable, but don't be fooled. It's a 30+ year old building that is falling apart. The heat doesn't reach the end units so you'll go all winter in a freezing apartment... read more
