drove by a few years before inquiring and thought it would be a great place to live. the sweetest and kindest staff person, Stephanie, moved me in. all the staff left or quit in one year. the head manager has been there for 8 years, and he is just lazy and makes the lower-level staff including assistant mgr. do ALL THE WORK. i love nature so living there with nature everywhere was the greatest gift and highlight for me. again, the maintenance staff i grew to trust like family. the current assistant mgr., Pam, was rude to me ... read more

Keep away from this place. I stayed six months. Rent paid on time every time. I bought a home and moved out. Upon leaving, I cleaned the apartment thoroughly and paid all penalties for leaving early. Six months later my credit score plummets because these jerks sent me to collections for $3200 in cleaning fees. Now I have to fight these con artists to get my name cleared. They didnt even try to contact me to clear the charges. Straight to collections. Steer away from this place. Plus, they had roaches

My experience with this community was awful, especially office staff. The maintenance men were fabulous. They are very respectful and efficient, when office staff submits the work orders. If you go through the office manager, Patty, she never remembers to put in a work order nor does she remember to put you on the Exterminating list. When you go in to complain, she denies you ever asking and calls you a liar. She is very rude and condescending and has been overheard talkin about other tenants.
