Great tree work, terrible customer service. We've had Jackson's out to our new house twice. Both times their work has been great and my trees look much better than the DIY jobs I see around the neighborhood. They've been very fast and even came in under quote the first time. Unfortunately we'll never use Jackson's again because of their customer service. An excellent job – Estimate was free, accurate and thorough. Price was reasonable. Company was flexible on scheduling. Crew was prompt - arrived when they said they'd arrive. Met all conditions of the contract - cleared out all the identified trees in 3 hours! Cleaned up all leftovers - even cleared some extra leftover debris from some of my own work. Tree Stands Trimming and Dead Tree Removal – Excellent job. The crew was prompt for the appointment and just finished trimming low branches and removing three dead trees. They chipped the evidence and raked/cleaned the area. Tree stands look clean now. Reasonable price for the work done. I'm happy and recommend this company.

Best tree removal service I've used – My family lives in an older home that was unkept for a couple years and we needed a couple million trees removed. I called another place, waited, waited, called them and they had scheduled my appt for the wrong day. I contacted Jackson's and he was out in 2 days. Within a week, his crew came out and took down 7 trees in a day. Later on, we had a tree split and fall across our neighbor's house. Fast, clean and professional job done. – Have used Jackson's three times. They are fast and do a clean job. They use a crane to lift sections of the tree up and out of the way, no tree trunks and branches all over the place. If you have little kids they will love watching the show.
