This restaurant is absolutely perfect, from its hometown setting with wood fire heat, to the wonderful waitstaff. But I think we all can agree that a restaurant can’t be perfect without wonderful food. The dry aged steak would be my favorite go to meal, but the floes fisherman’s platter is a close second. I have honestly never had a bad meal there. We do try and visit weekly. The wait staff also has impeccable timing serving the courses and refill of drinks. This was my first time going to Jackson’s and it won’t be my last. The food was amazing and the waitress was so nice and very attentive. The restaurant is nice and clean!
