The sweetest people ever . I have lived here for almost 2 years and I wouldn't have picked a better company ! Always fix things in a timely manner , and they are both very nice and helpful .
These are the nastiest rudest people I have ever encountered in my life. They are lazy and will use any action possible to get over on you. After having my house broken into and my door kicked in they waited 2 months to fix my door. So much more I could say about them but this box is just not big enough.
They never answer the phone and when they do they are always extremely rude. Also it takes them forever to respond to any maintenance problems that I have had. I consider myself as a good tenant I pay rent on time and very clean. As soon as my lease agreement is up I will be moving I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Have been living in one of their rentals for almost 2 months now. We were told that the house was ready for us. Moved in, was very hot, turned on the central air only to find it didn't work, BUT, it was READY to move in!!! we have been on the phone with them several times only to be told that the best they could do was either lower our rent by a WHOPPING $25.00, or let us break our lease.
