I rented through jackson property for 8 (eight) years. these people lack integrity. They have at least one thief on their payroll. their failure to own up to responsibilities has cost the property owner and me thousands of dollars. It s true that they rarely answer the phone. I rented for a year and a half and i needed multiple thing fixed and I have gotten little to nothing fixed and the will not answer the phone at the office.The properties look nice but dont let the look fool you they talk a good game but I have witnessed the truth please spare your self the headache!
yes, I feel you on that.Because every time ,I call no one never anwser the phone and never retrune your call.They have nice houses.But the ower is not professional.I guest they have money they dont need to rent they houses out.
Called to find out what the rent was on a rental home. The person was rude and said with an attitude "who is this" So I told him but decided not to deal with them because of it.
