Very fast and efficient
I am in room 707 of the Physical Therapy department at Lynn. My doctor switched my pain meds to morphine. I have now waited 7 1/2 hours for the prescription to be filled and I keep getting told it’s done it’s done it’s failed. It’s coming up but yet the pharmacy closed two hours ago so I’m in agony. I’ve gone through five surgeries due to bone cancer in my leg. My question is where is the medicine? Where is my pain relief this is why I’m here.
Carlos at Jackson Pharmacy is truly amazing! He went above and beyond with genuine care, professionalism, and compassion. He made sure to keep me updated every step of the way on the status of my mom’s medication and made sure we got her prescription on a timely manner. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to their patients. We are truly grateful for his help.
