Very thorough in explaining treatment and plan of care. Young and innovative in the world of dentistry. Wonderful bedside manners.
Called Friday morning. Received return call Friday afternoon. Scheduled appointment for 1pm following Monday. Courteous and professional reception. State of the arts equipment. Unhurried environment, yet busy. Very hip play list and equally impressive decor. Knowledgeable assistant with great chair side manners. Options and terms clearly explained. Go!! And tell them Glennon sent you.
There are many fine dental services in New Orleans. NOLA Smiles is the best.
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Jackson’s for nearly 10 years. The care that I have received here is excellent. Over the years, I’ve had several services completed (extractions, whitening, restoration, crowns) all with great results and no complications. Thanks to Dr. Jackson and the Team, I have a healthy and confident smile!
I have been going to Dr. Natalie Jackson for over five years. I have since relocated to Texas, but no matter the distance and for all my dental needs it’s worth the trips to continue to have all my dental needs provided by Dr. Jackson and her staff.

I am not sure how many years I have been receiving service from Dr.Natalie but I do know it was right after my previous dentist retired and I had to admit I was skeptical at first but she has proven herself to be a great dentist. I love the entire staff. My hygentist romona is fabulous!!
Every visit I have ever made to this office has been off-scale professional, kind, gentle, ending in hugs! That pretty much says more than words can say: hugs!
