One incident indicates not only Dr. Jackson's ability but also her compassion for suffering patients. She was adjusting the bite on a new crown using a drill-type instrument that also emitted cool water that made my cold-sensitive tooth hurt. After drilling for a moment, Dr. Jackson would place her warm finger to the crown to relieve the pain caused by the cool water. She did this several times. That's professionalism and compassion.
Dr. Jackson is truly wonderful and takes the "scary" out of going to the dentist. Her office (located on the 8th floor with a beautiful view of the city) technologically surpasses most others and makes dental work easier and less painful. She's certified with the AHA (a big reason I convinced my mother to change over to her) and constantly takes part in professional growth and development classes so she is up-to-date on all of the newest and latest trends in repairing smiles, rebuilding them, and in cosmetic procedures!
