Thanks to Dr. Jackson and her extremely polite and professional staff. Her bed side manner along with cutting edge technology and knowledge in dental care sets her above the norm. We are lucky to have her in New Orleans.

Excellent in all ways except the very long wait to see the dentist after the hygienist had finished my cleaning. No explanation, no apology. Disappointing, especially since I have been a patient for years. Thanks for validating parking. A very nice customer service perk!

Dr. Jackson's office was still professional and warm as I remember. Her staff is very friendly and from someone who didn't enjoy going to the dentist, I was put at ease. I would rate my overall experience as 5 stars.

Alaina and Dr Jackson were superb in their review, assessment and planning all of my dental needs working in conjunction with what I'd like to see as an end result. Meticulous review of all pricing but I was really more impressed in her/their identifying and showing me all areas of concern then discussing a certain procedure for each tooth, with my input, then creating a plan of action. The work I need would be considered a moderate amount so I imagined a longer process during this first visit.

Dr. Jackson and her staff are almost preternaturally gifted at what they do. This dentist and her crew have a really unusual mixture of tech and humanity. On my first visit they compiled a couple of dozen volumes of information on my teeth, including photographs, measurements, scans, X-rays. But they don't treat you like a data-set when you're in the chair. They remember you, talk to you, and generally set you at ease. Procedures are quick and efficient and thorough. This was one of my quarterly teeth cleaning visits. It was less than an hour and Victoria was very attentive to my needs. I love the warm water feature added, so does my sensitive teeth!
