Office staff seem to be constantly winging it. No call backs, no promised submissions of prescriptions to Labs for blood work, no track record of previous conversations, poor communication between people on phone and actual staff. Dr Nagle seems like a nice guy, but the fact that his staff is a mess also says something about him.
Contrary to what you may think when you read the title of this review, I really think Dr. Nagle is a good doctor. He has been my primary care physician for 3-4 years now. He is patient and I felt very listened to. What I don't love is the Dominican office. Recently, it has been literally impossible to schedule any appointment with him when anything is wrong. Nagle was amazing didn't feel rushed out. He took his time listening and made sure before ending my visit I was satisfied with our discussion before leaving. I was there for an hour and felt like 10 minutes. The hour was mainly on my part getting everything out since I have not been to a doctor in quite some time. Upon arrival for my first time front desk seemed more concerned about Thier cell phones. I am glad I didn't walk out because Nagle was solid.

I’ve been a patient of Dr Nagel for 4 years and have always found him to be attentive and focused on my care. I’m always treated with respect and my questions thoroughly answered.
I was billed as "non-preventive" for a physical they force patients to have to be treated by the doctor b/c I merely mentioned headaches/anxiety. A few months later I'm dealing with medical issues and I was not told when my urgent bloodwork orders were sent in OR when the results came in. When I finally called for results myself, I had to go back in to pick them up and they went 100% unexplained. I was also incorrectly referred to a completely wrong type of doctor. They hurt more than help.
