EXTREMELY RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF EVEN THE "SUPERVISOR" HELICE HERNANDEZ! The receptionist "MORENA" & Jocelyn were the worst! Very NASTY over the phone, giving wrong information, cutting me off & hanging up on me! What a horrible experience! Stay away. You cannot reach your doctor for any medical concerns. There is no direct line or messaging system. Expect hang ups, disconnected numbers, and extremely long wait times before reaching the office (if you even do reach them... the appointment scheduler actually told me straight up some departments at Jackson ignore their phones). If you miss the call back, you have to go through the whole thing all over again. I have a health issue and have not been able to speak with my doctor for several days. Waited 1 month for my appointment one day before they cancell it very poor custumer service just go somewhere else
Loved it here! I was a patient of Dr. Granada and she was always on point with my check-ups and my pregnancy, she was also the one who delivered my baby. I love this clinic so much!
