I will never do business again with these scam artists. I had booked a rental the beginning of August 2020 and bought travel insurance and I got to Knoxville Tennessee 10-17-20 and was called 23 hours before my check in on 10-18-20 to 10-25-20 that my reservation was cancelled due to mold at the property I was renting. It was a lie. Drove by the house we were supposed to stay and got pictures of cars parked there. I rented and paid for Wildwood Cove and they called me last night 6-days before I was scheduled to be there and said my reservation was cancelled due to maintenance being done on the cabin. They didn't know prior to that maintenance was needed. The person that called me was very unfriendly and treated me with a sorry about your luck attitude. I asked about my refund and he stated that i should receive it in 3-5 business days. I will be there in 6-days. I called back to speak with the manager twice and as of right now i ... read more
Will never do business with them again. They refuse to work with my family on canceling our trip even though there are stay at home orders issued and my wife is a doctor on the front lines of the COVID pandemic and has also lost all of her vacation due to this crisis. Horrible customer service and I will never stay with them again.
Do not rent from this company. They will not refund even if you paid extra for the insurance. They may offer another date but if that doesn’t work for you them they are not worried about repeat business and will take your money. They take forever to respond and when they do you shouldn’t get a response with “I see you got the insurance sorry about that”
