It took over 4 months for me to finally get in contact with pediatric neurosurgery to schedule my son's annual MRI and follow up; we had to reschedule due to an emergency and once again- NO ONE PICKS UP OR RETURNS VOICEMAILS. How are we supposed to schedule an appt. if no one every answers or returns a call??? Unbelievable and unprofessional.

You would think something rare like that U.M and Jackson would've done some research on me They lie and say Oh yes I've seen It.?? Stop lying My life is done still not one letter one phone call My Dr said to family it's so (RARE) I seen it almost 40 years ago.
