Doy una estrella porque no puedo dejarlo en blanco. No hay como describir la horrible atención en este lugar. Más de 7 horas de espera y cuando vas a preguntar porqué la demora te dicen que es que están ocupados. Entonces, esto es Emergencia o que coño es??? 💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩

I had a deeply frustrating experience at this facility. It began with a rude encounter at the front desk and ended with a dismissive consultation with Dr. Joseph Rhee. I had a very disappointing experience at the ER at Jackson. The nurses and doctors seemed like they did not care about the patients. People were waiting 8–10 hours just to be seen. When you ask how long the wait will be, they simply tell you that if you don’t want to wait, you can go home. An emergency room should treat people who are in urgent need of medical attention. Desde ayer martes en la tarde hasta hoy en la tarde estuvimos en Emergencia F cama 4 y no tenemos palabras para expresar nuestro agradecimiento y gratitud, porque a pesar de que ir a una sala de emergencias no es juego para nadie duele menos cuando percibes a flor de piel que los que están allí entienden tu dolor y muestran la mejor medicina que se puede dar en este momento que es la empatía, el calor humano y el corazón.
