I came here hoping to resolve a medical issue before a flight. This was the worst ER experience I’ve ever had. If you are not actively dying, you are invisible. Your name stays stuck on the list while others who complain loudly are seen ahead of you. This is not triage. It is chaos.

I had an outstanding experience with Dr. Nieder. From my first visit, he made me feel comfortable and at ease, which is especially important when dealing with urological concerns. Jackson Memorial is where real medicine happens having lots of young and talented people because it's close to the Miami Dade College Medical Campus but I heard alot of bad things about the place. Some of the nurses and medical staff don't care about the patients and don't value the area they work being a very big hospital means being understaffed and pressured.

Es el peor lugar que he visto como hospital lo valoro de mediocre y falta de atención a los enfermos por el personal médico y enfermeras que allí laboran sin vocación alguna por lo que hacen , es horrible este lugar . Literally go anywhere else. Dr Lu literally almost treated my wife based on a picture that his student Dr took without discussing then totally flipped his opinion after walking around the corner to look for himself. I’ve never seen a more poorly run place in my life. Why is this the quality of healthcare we subject ourselves to?
