About two months ago, I scheduled an appointment for Monday of next week. This woman called me yesterday and said, "The doctors need to reschedule because they have a meeting; June is the next available time." I was upset and she HAND UP ON ME. WHAT KINDS OF GAMES ARE HAPPENING IN THIS FACILITY? If a patient's condition worsens, perhaps we should ALL think about seeking legal counsel. Even though this is a woman's important consultation, they are treating it like a complete joke! DO NOT LOOK THIS WAY!
This has to be the worst gynecologist office I’ve ever been to. The line of communication is horrible. Every time I call that office I can never speak to anyone. I’ve been calling for a whole week in regards of some results and can’t get it. The last time I had to drive all the way to the office to speak to someone. They even told me that by email I would get a faster response and that is a lie also.
I have been trying to contact my primary care physician regarding my upcoming surgery no one is getting back to me which will delay my surgery. I am considering legal action. Do not use this medical group!!!! Mary C
Nurse Jessy is the Best she is very attentive and caring. I would like for her to be commended on doing such a wonderful job and you can tell she loves what she does I appreciate her.
This place is a scam . They don’t care about their patients at all. I booked an appointment to go see the doctor. He didn’t provide any services. He didn’t want to use my hospital X-rays. had me go in for the appointment just for me to sit on the bed and tell me i have to reschedule because the lady that will take my X-rays has COVID. So i asked why did you guys bring me to tell me you can’t see me today? They just bring patients in so they can charge your insurance and make you pay copay without providing any services.
