Very poor service and very slow. Saw a teenager who had been stabbed and they sat in the waiting room for 45-50 min.
My husband was seen today at the ER. We had such a great experience! All of the staff were very friendly and very attentive, but Nurse Erin was amazing! She was very knowledgeable and she even went above and beyond to make sure that my husband felt comfortable and safe under her care! She deserves a raise!
There's definitely a reason this place has two and a half stars would definitely recommend some place more professional. If not then the jumped conclusions and negligence of gathering key details will likely cause you more injury, pain and suffering. 2 of those stars go to people who sounded like the cared for my situation. They truly care a out their patients.
We are so appreciative of this Hospital Staff. They took very good care of our Mother over this past weekend. She was admitted through the ER Friday night and was discharged today. She is much better and stronger. We are thankful to have this one in patient Hospital in the entire area of Clarke County, AL - which is a large county.
