I did not have a choice to use Jackson HB services because it was an emergency room visit back in early 2024. After receive the first bill myself and my insurance company tried without success to get in touch with them. Since then my insurance company ( who I no longer have) and I have been threatened by multiple account services that acquired my account. Shame on this hospitality group and shame on Merit health. I have lots of documentation and recorded calls showing lack of professionalism to resolve my account .
I wouldn’t recommend Jackson H Medical Services. They billed the wrong insurance plan and sent my account to collections instead of fixing their own mistake. I’ve provided the correct insurance info multiple times, but they refuse to correct it. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience.
