I was blessed beyond measure by one of your employees, Marquise. He is working on the heating and air at the church my little girl goes to preschool at. My little girl was having a rough morning and I was sitting on the sidewalk with her, trying to comfort her. I had so many things to carry and her. The man you have sent out sits on the back of his truck and plays on his phone this apartment complex has been without air for a month and I don't appreciate him doing anything
We had Jackson Mechanical come measure up a few projects for my manufacturing plant. I have new equipment ordered and needed someone to add the chiller and piping. It would be several hundred thousand dollars of work. 6 weeks later they are unresponsive. I have called, emailed, and texted weekly. I wouldn't recommend for a job with any size to it.
