There’s always two sides to a story and they have treated a patient wrong by not asking to hear their side. So based off of that, I don’t recommend them because about 20+ years this is how they actually really treat their patients to make an accusation of a person being rude without hearing the other side that should be to anyone with common sense would consider that as being rude and disrespectful.
