Always a good experience, management is caring and the units are well maintained!
This community has regularly improved. Located maybe two blocks from Wesley St and many businesses and across the street from a park. Small, quiet place to live.
I am thoroughly disappointed in this place. I have lived here for 3 almost going on 4 years and it has been one thing after another. For starters, my ceiling leaked over the fireplace for almost a year, property management consistently changes leaving you confused on who to call for help, rent has went up $100 every year expect this year and they have now jumped to $1600 for a 2 bedroom 1 bath (hence why I’m moving), they are charging me several hundred dollars more for a renewal and advertising on Zillow for $1295 (complete... read more

Started at 900.00 to 1000.00 before Covid. After Covid and the complex got sold a few times to different companies. The price increased but nothing was done to the property besides "more parking" and renovation to the water damage and cockroach infected apartments/townhomes. To pay 1,500.00 to 1,700.00 is a ridiculous price. There is no on site maintenance and or office to talk to anyone. If you need to get in touch with someone it has to be over the phone or email.
