I am absolutely thrilled with my experience with Dr. Althausen and his team. I just simply couldn't be happier! Everyone there has done a tremendous job for me from my surgeries to continuing care with follow up appointments, and everything in between. Even from the front desk; those ladies are so knowledgeable and helpful, answering questions and guiding me in the right direction; not to mention the fact that they're all pretty too. 😉Thank you Reno Orthopedic!

I got in right away after paperwork. Saw the dr right away and got my answers in less then an hour. Im glad i went to them first then an er. So i really would say you should come here.

I am one of those people that hate to go to the Dr. But I know my body and I knew something was wrong and needed to be looked at..... Although I was hoping that I'd get news of it was anything I knew it wasn't good... The staff was friendly at check-in, and very nice... The x-ray text as I walked into my room was already waiting for me and I went straight into get them done. Once done off to the room to wait for the Dr... there I met his assista who was another great lady who eventually was the one who put the cast on my foo... read more

Thank you Candie! You and your team are amazing! Beautiful work, professional, easy to talk to and with and mostly-wonderful with my 2 yr old daughter. Within 36 hours of getting the real cast she couldn't stand being immobile anymore and started to craw, stand and is now walking and has been nonstop smiling! The first 8 hrs in the splint from the Childrens ER must be torture, she hasn't cried or screamed since we walked out of casting. Thank you all again so much!! Xoxo -Momma Jill

51.5 years without a cast and I was in and out of ROC Express this morning checking in, X-ray, my AMAZING Doctors evaluation, the hardware applied and checked out in 50 minutes!!! Are kidding me?!?! ROC Express is simply incredible 👍

ROC Express was opened in the evening and I was able to go in without losing work hours. The wait time was extremely brief, and the receptionists were friendly and efficient. I was seen, x-rayed, spoke with the doctor and assistants and was out in an hour. Everyone was professional and courteous. Well done!

I was treated quickly, professionally . Very nice team. Dr. Bruce Gallio was patient , very informative as to what he thought the best way to treat my condition, & considering my age also explained that a less invasive treatment was a better choice at this time. I applaud this new urgent care by Roc Express. I was able to see people that knew exactly what to do , compassionate to my pain. & actually listened . Excellent experience with excellent doctor. Dr Althausen. I broke my clavicle in 4 places. He performed my surgery and I had an excellent result. He came highly recommended by my regular Orthopedic doctor - Dr James Pappas.

My provider Linda Dunaway is excellent! Linda took her time speaking with me and engaging me while developing an optimal treatment plan, ensuring I understood before leaving the office. I felt comfortable with Linda's approach, knowledge, and would recommend Linda to others.
