They have THE BEST personal service anywhere! I would recommend them to anyone.
Great company. I have been with them for over 20 years. They don't just sign you up and be done with it. Instead, they periodically check to be sure you have the best deal. This is why I wanted a company with multiple insurance carriers. I have been switched at least 7 or 8 times over all those years. At one point I had an amazing deal with The Hartford but my home policy doubled w/out even a claim.
