Dr. Brooke Benton is knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly dedicated to patient care. She listens, she cares, and it shows. Highly recommended.
Dr. Robinson & Katrina Harris are both GREAT! I loved that they are concerned about me and my health. They both take the time to listen and give their expertise. Thanks Dr. Robinson & K. Harris. My only complaint is you either can never get anyone to answer the phone or they put you on hold for 20 minutes or more and never come back to the phone until you hang up and call right back just for them to put you back on hold for another 20 to 25 minutes.
The service has gone down TREMENDOUSLY since Dr. Benton opened her own practice. It does not matter the time of day, the phone is not answered. Calls are not returned. It is ridiculous that I have to take leave from my job to make an appointment. Maybe these issues were present at the last location but at least there was a messaging service that NP Katrina would answer consistently.
