We moved to Salem from Kansas and were excited to make this our new home. We were a bit shell shocked though with the differences between the Kansas housing market and Salem. Patrick did a great job educating us about options and respected our needs. He has incredible knowledge about construction and helped educate us about critical differences we weren't familiar with.
