I would give this apartment complex one star, primarily because of its convenient location. Unfortunately, my overall experience has not justified the cost of living here. There have been ongoing issues with flooding, and the elevators are frequently out of service. The pest services are used but not nearly enough, there is a large number of the oriental/dirty cockroaches all through the hallways and property. The property itself is amazing but it really starts with who you’re greeted by upon entering. I cannot say enough great things about Phylena and Jacob. They both have put so much effort in trying to find the right apartment. You can tell that they truly care and are honest when asked about what they think about certain aspects of the complex. They were very generous in taking the time to really help me explore all my options and find the best fit.
I would give them negative stars if I could. Property - okay, people littered every and it doesn’t get picked up for days Apartment - not fit to live in, lights don’t work, outlets don’t work, AC has leaked multiple times, each time we asked to fix it we were told it’s not an emergency and that it’s normal to have condensation - it wasn’t condensation there was a bucket filled with water we put to catch it, balcony door not sealed and flooded our furniture- we were told it’s just a design flaw and for it to be fully fixed it... read more
