We moved into Jackson Hill Apartments in October 2024, and overall, our experience has been positive. The move-in process was smooth and efficient, and Desiree from the leasing office was incredibly helpful! However, there are some concerns worth mentioning. Unfortunately, theft has been an issue—we had two bikes stolen from the rack, even though they were locked. It seems like the thieves cut through the lock and took off with them. Over all had a positive experience staying here and it has a nice view. Everything is central to the place. Desireé is a huge asset to the team and I would seek her assistance in any inquiries.
Absolutely gorgeous apartments! I really love how clean and well kept the grounds are throughout the property and the fact that they actually have active security to keep the residents peace of mind intact. The location is fantastic as well with so much in walking distance or a very short drive into downtown! I might be biased but I adore Jacob so very much!
