Cars get robbed here. Security cameras can be casually turned away for crime to be committed. Bugs everywhere. Elevators are always broken. Appliances outdated and broken. Leasing office will gaslight your every concern. Kari and the rest of the team have no sense of urgency to help. Save yourself your mental health, peace of mind and safety. Management and leasing team are unresponsive for days. Cockroaches in units. Parking is unorganized (live on a bottom floor, park on 6). Outdated appliances and amenities. Just moved in, hope it will get better. Update: 2 months later - we haven’t had a working dryer or washing machine, no urgency from maintenance & regretting my decision to move here. If it weren’t for a roommate and price split, I wouldn’t recommend moving here to anyone. 😬
Units are old and outdated. Roach infested property. Appliances do not work properly. Dryers take 4-5 rounds to dry clothes messing up the quality of your clothes and ultimately just making life stressful. Break ins happen and the leasing office / maintenance response times and effort are despicable.
Desiree, showed us Jackson Hill. She was amazing and invested in us. She took a good 30 mins to show us a variety of 2 beds and 1 bed apartment. Gave us all the information!! We loved our tour.
