Love this place!
Unfortunately, the problems just keep getting worse, and from what I can see in the reviews, many people are having a lot of trouble here. Last week, I found out why I’ve been having so many respiratory problems (allergies, sinusitis, and rhinitis): Mold near the air conditioner. I don’t need to specify which apartment we’re talking about, since the front desk is well aware of the constant problems we’ve had since December 2025. It’s a shame, because it’s a really nice neighborhood.
Phylena Livingston leasing manager was able to help me to relocate from my previous unit to the new one due renovation. Very professional and helpful team working in the lease office. Been living here for a year.
