I came in to file my tax return which was extremely simple but the employee did not seem very knowledgeable so I did not return to sign and file them. I filed them on ******** instead and they were accepted. They were also filed at Jackson Hewitt and my signature was forged by the preparer. The “manager” has been texting me non stop about paying their fee even though supposedly it’s supposed to come out of my refund. The amount he is asking me to drop off is much different than the one listed in the return they filed.

Jackson-Hewitt is absolutely the worst tax service I have ever used. Never again. Once there done you can forget them helping you or answering questions. The absolute worst photo system. I’m still trying to get them to help with my stimulus that they helped mess up in the first place. I give them 0 stars.

It took 2.5 HOURS for my appointment that was suppose to be 1 hour. I can excuse if it was like an extra 15 minutes or so, but an extra hour and a half I cannot. It was just 1 W-2 and 1 1098-T. I wasn't even granted a discount for MY inconvenience. I work full-time and go to college so I don't just have 2.5 hour blocks of time I can give up. I ended up paying well over $200 to get my taxes done. I did the survey and made sure to give a low score. I checked the box that says would I like to be contacted to resolve this. Kathy was outstanding! She made my entire experience easy. From the moment I walked through the door . Her professionalism and respect for me went very far. Kathy sanitized the area in front of me , which is is a plus. She listened to me and answered every question with patience., and most importantly got the job done quickly. I highly recommend getting your taxes done at JacksonHewitt with Kathy she is an asset to the company .

I had used a different tax preparer for years until i walked into walmart last year around Feburary 0f 2019 and met a sweet and friendly young lady by the name Seantee B******. Her personality made our family feel right at home. She was very professional and looked us straight in the eye and explained to us about everything throughly whether it was good or bad. Filed taxes with them for 2019 haven't gotten my 2nd stimilus they aren't interested in helping their customers like turbo tax.
