Agent was helpful and patient and knowledgeable!
The tax preparer was very good. However, Jackson Hewit increased the fee for a simple tax return almost 70%! I paid $398 last year and $500 this year. I can no longer recommend them or use their service.
Worst place ever ,the tax pro filed my taxes with out my consent before I gave him my W2 with false amounts . I still don't have my refund it's being delayed thanks to their tax pro and no one has called me back to handle this serious situation . Not even a sorry and I'm still being charged for their tax pro screwing everything up lying and filing with no consent ,no signature nothing Don't go there . I have no food no money and no tax refund that would of been here by now had jackson Hewit done their job and done it legally... read more
Agent seemed confused when preparing my taxes I felt like she wasn’t trained enough Plus it’s been a month that I did my taxes and now I have to wait for the IRS to mail me a letter because my taxes had a mistake . Never had this issue with JH never going back again
