Not professional! The coast was to much for what the did and didn't do. Never again
Agent was helpful and patient and knowledgeable!
The tax preparer was very good. However, Jackson Hewit increased the fee for a simple tax return almost 70%! I paid $398 last year and $500 this year. I can no longer recommend them or use their service.
