I was asked to give a IP pin after two weeks of me submitting them which was fine after all I forgot to give it to them.However after I called back and gave them the pin they said they would leave a message with the supervisor and have her put it in I had a feeling they wouldn’t leave the message so I called again later that day to confirm the massage was received and it wasn’t so I asked for them to please fix it and relent the message with the pin. Was an easy experience with doing taxes is an headache most times but this time it was smooth and easy experience this time
The guy that helped with my taxes was nice. But the only reason I went to this branch was because of the promise of a refund advance. He said I would get a text within 1-2 hours to notify me if I was eligible or not, but I haven't received anything almost 24 hours later. It would've been nice to know if I wasn't eligible so that I wasn't sitting by my phone like an idiot, waiting for a text that would never come.
