I stopped by Jackson Hewitt on Clairemont Mesa Blvd to get my taxes done, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve made! The customer service was top-notch, and the experience was not only smooth but incredibly educational. Rude and very unorganized ...printer not working and card reader not working did not give good advice on what to do after filling tax for stimulus
A worker rudely hung up on us after we asked a simole question. Sooooo rude! Hopefully you train him better Call was around 6pm 4/14/25
I will not go back after 10 years. The service provided to me was very rude and unprofessional. Due to the lack of intelligence and staff. Better employees keep customers coming back… Unless it is the Jackson Hewitt service office located at 5155 Clairemont Mesa Boulevard.
