I’ve filled my taxes with Jackson Hewitt for over 10years. This year based on various forms I had, decided to do them in-person, at the Chambers/Green Valley Ranch location. They filed my taxes incorrectly by omitting my property tax on my primary residence, this causes me to lose out on over $2500 on my refund (big discrepancy on my refund based on an estimate I did at Jackson Hewitt online-which is a service I’ve used multiple times before).
