I had a much better tax preparation experience this year with Jackson Hewitt than I did with H&R Block last year. Even though my appointment time conflicted with another client's appointment, Joella apologized for the appointment mix up and asked that I wait patiently until she finished with her other client and was able to do my taxes. Joelle was calm and accurate despite having had no lunch or break and suffering the bad mood of her prior client. I will definitely use this service again as I have for the past 4 tax seasons.
The person we had didn’t go through the whole tax return when she finished just told us what we owe.she was constantly on the phone with her office manager. She also wasn’t able to print the paperwork the same day which was unacceptable.
