They Quoted 660.00 for same forms I filed online for 15.99 +25.00 deducted from refund, not upfront, on another site--instead of settling for their 4th tier services to handle my not as complex as they make it taxes. I had 4forms(w2, 401k, dep, and 1099)and they tried to TAX the Fees like no other. Thank you, but I can take my business elsewhere.. and save 600+ bucks in prep fees.. the company should seriously reconsider their pricing structures.. more than 10x the fee I paid elsewhere is ridiculous!

I don't generally write reviews, but i just jad to say how great of an experience i had at JH. Coral assisted me and idk how much she makes but i can tell you that she deserves a raise. She\nListened , and she was attentive and she answered every single one of my questions and was so incredibly helpful with getting filed. This is the first time i've ever had to do this to my own , and she really made the process so simple. I was approved in a minutes.
