We had an appointment with Rita and she was very thorough and professional and pleasant to work with. She was very helpful in getting us our maximum refund. We received a special discounted rate which was greatly appreciated. The staff was very nice.

I did my taxes at this location. The staff and tax preparer were very kind and helpful. When I faced issue with my online JHJ account they tried their best to resolve my it giving me many ways to escalate and made sure customer satisfaction was top priority. As for the taxes, they were done fast and timely without me being present in-person. I'm also grateful for their generous discount. I recommend Jackson Hewitt and this location for anyone looking for a good professional experience.
