Sytedrah was very helpful! She helped resolve past issues i had very unclaimed taxes she informed me of and instructed me how to handle it. Her supervisor was kind enough to waive though fees and I chose to pay what I owed anyway, but long story short I will definitely be back next year lol
Stay away. The worst experience with a commercial establishment that I have ever had. I felt as though I was in the Twilight Zone.
April and Linda were great. Good customer service skills. They made me laugh. Even with a system that was acting funky they got the job done and kept me informed. Can we say raise please.
Worst experience ever, scheduled an appointment for my day off at EHT. NJ location ,tax preparer never showed up, scheduled another appointment for 2 days later at AC . NJ location and was very uncomfortable and unsatisfied with the quality of service Jackson Hewitt is not a place where i would recommend anyone.
