It started out as a very professional experience. The tax preparer was knowledgeable, listened well, and socialable during the interludes in preparing my tax returns. I had to wait for her supervisor to bring the American Express/Serve card, but that was a minor issue. What keeps me from giving a 5-star review is that when I tried to use the temporary card I paid $54.95 to receive the purchase was denied. It's a debit card with the funds forwarded to me by Jackson Hewitt and guaranteed by my tax return. How could this happen... read more
