The tax preparation is fine albeit very expensive. I’m going to try Turbo tax next time. Also, for the second year in a row my appointment was double booked. I received emails and four texts from you, but you can’t seem to handle on-line appointments. I tried making a phone appointment calling back twice to the voice message left but got no answer so I made an appointment on-line. Frustrating.
I have been using Jackson Hewitt for about 12 years now. Only had one issue or the IRS was asking for additional information and Jackson Hewett responded immediately. I highly recommend.
