After having a bad experience at the broadway location we went to college grove Walmart location, definitely a much better experience, Gema was very friendly when we made the appointment & after we told her about the previous experience, when we got to the appointment there was no waiting & she had already prepared our filing, thanks to her we will be returning to JH tax preparation despite our other negative experience & also getting the runaround from JH customer service over the phone
