Terrible. They messed up my taxes and I called 4 times to make an appointment and the mail box is always full. I called the Boyton Beach location and the receptionist told me that they don't answer the phone at the 5th Avenue location. They don't stand by their customers. I called customer service and was put on hold for one half hour then disconnected. I am calling the IRS tomorrow morning to see if this can be rectified. Patetic service. They did everything wrong even my son passport is missig now. I called the Jackson Hewitt Tax Service's help line and they didn't help too.
Horrible! They dont know what they are doing! Okk them one week to do my taxes. They dont deserve even 1 star
I had a very positive experience with Jackson Hewitt Tax Services. I went to the Delray Beach, Florida location and I am very happy with the professional service they provided. In addition, they were very friendly and helpful. I very much recommend Jackson Hewitt.
AVOID! Delray Beach location is unprofessional. They never filed my fathers taxes, it's June 4th. They kept asking me to come in person for whatever reason. I was late in my third trimester and really not able to. They finally said it could be done electronically however now they don't answer the phone or return voicemails. It's been well over a month and no one has attempted to call me back. What a wild business model to not answer phone calls or return voicemails left by clients.
